If your spouse and children are enrolled on your Principal plan, they can all be seen here. You can book everyone back to back — on a Sunday, or after school on a weekday — so one trip covers the family.

On many plans, each family member has their own annual maximum and their own limits on how often cleanings and X-rays are covered. We check each person's eligibility before the appointment, so checkout is simple.

Protecting kids' teeth while care is typically covered

On most PPO plans, children's preventive care is typically covered at or near 100%. That's the window to prevent cavities rather than fill them:

• Checkups and cleanings twice a year, with gentle, age-appropriate explanations
• Sealants — a thin protective coating on the chewing surfaces of back teeth, where cavities often start
• Fluoride treatments to strengthen enamel

If your family's coverage changes

A new job can mean a new plan, so check our accepted insurance list first. If your family is without coverage for a while, our membership plan has a Child Complete option — $199 a year for children 13 and under, covering two exams with X-rays, two cleanings, a fluoride treatment and an emergency exam — and an adult option at $295 a year.
