Meet Your Howell Dentists
Dr. Abraham Y Husney, DMD
Dr. Husney — "Dr. Abe" to many patients — earned his B.S. at Lander College for Men, graduating at the top of his class, with honors including a Presidential Scholarship, Dean's List recognition and the Lander College for Men Talmud Award. He then earned his DMD at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.
At the Rutgers Extramural Dental Center he provided care to underserved patients. His clinical work spans direct restorations, complex extractions and root canals, and he has earned a Diplomat Certificate of Completion from a Dental Implant Surgical Seminar. Away from the office he enjoys sports and Talmudic study, and spends his time with his wife, Sarah, and their three boys. Read Dr. Husney's full profile.
Dr. Justin Nus, DDS
Dr. Nus studied psychology at Hunter College (CUNY) before earning his DDS at NYU College of Dentistry. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Coney Island Hospital — hospital-based postgraduate training that typically covers the full range of general dentistry.
Originally from Brooklyn, he speaks English and Russian fluently and is working on his Spanish so he can serve more patients in their own language. Outside dentistry he plays ice hockey, cycles, swims and travels whenever he can. Read Dr. Nus's full profile.
