Your first visit, step by step

A first appointment here follows a predictable path:

Book. Online any time, or call (732) 751-4028. Share your member ID and the policyholder's name and date of birth.
We verify. Before you arrive, our coordinators confirm eligibility and look up your coverage for exams, X-rays and cleanings.
Check in. Bring your card and a photo ID. Appointments run on time, so you're seen when scheduled.
Exam and imaging. Digital X-rays use up to 80% less radiation than traditional film; intraoral photos and a 3D scan let you see what we see. We also screen for oral cancer.
Plan and estimate. If anything needs treatment, you leave with a written estimate showing your plan's expected payment and your share.

What preventive coverage typically includes

Most PPO plans typically cover preventive services at or near 100%: exams, cleanings, routine X-rays and, for children, often fluoride and sealants. How often each is covered depends on your plan — twice a year is common for cleanings, while full sets of X-rays are usually covered less often.

Fillings, root canals and crowns usually come with a coinsurance share. We'll tell you the exact amount for your plan before you schedule.
